1. Inverter
1.1. General concept of inverter:
Inverter (inverter) or also known as Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) is a device that adjusts the rotation speed of AC motor through changing the frequency of power supply to the motor. .
Therefore, the inverter also has another name, Variable Speed Drive, VSD.
In addition, the voltage applied to the inverter's motor also varies with frequency, so the drive is sometimes called a frequency converter (Variable Voltage Variable Frequency, VVVF).
1.2 Structure and operating principle of inverter:
- Inverter includes rectifier circuit, intermediate DC circuit, inverter circuit and control part;
- Principle: AC power is rectified and filtered into a DC source through diode bridge rectifier and capacitor.
- This DC voltage is reversed into a symmetrical 3-phase AC voltage through IGBT circuits. The 3-phase AC voltage system at the output can change the amplitude and frequency according to the controller.
1.3 Uses of inverter:
- Control engine speed, improve working efficiency;
- Maximum power saving during startup and operation;
- The process of starting and stopping the engine is very smooth so it helps the engine's life and mechanical structure longer;
- Overload protection, over temperature, low voltage, over voltage, phase loss;
1.4 Braking and braking circuit:
- High inertial load and vertical load can accelerate the engine when the engine tries to slow or stop. The acceleration of this engine can cause the engine to act as a generator.
- When the motor generates voltage, this voltage will return to the one-way lead.
- This excess power must be handled somehow. The resistor is used to quickly "burn off" this excess electricity by turning excess electricity into excess heat.
- If there is no resistor, each time the acceleration phenomenon, deceleration occurs, the inverter can be interrupted due to overvoltage on the one-way transmission line.
2. SICOR INVERTER:
- ADL300 is designed for new and upgraded mounting, ideal for many applications at very low altitudes (homelift ladders) and very high altitudes (skyscrapers);
- About software, developed for geared geared motors (open and closed rings) and gearless (closed-loop) gear motors with absolute and relative encoder to ensure maximum control and safety;
- Go to the correct floor and compensate the load at launch for extremely comfortable passengers; Gọn Compact size, works in both output contactor control (contactor) and no output cotactor (contactorless) perfect for non-machine room applications MRL (Machine Room-less);
- ADL300 has two types: ADL300A (advanced) and ADL300B (Basic Sincos or Endat);
